 we’ll explore the masks men wear and what it means to live from a secure
  identity\, move beyond the “lone-ranger” myth into honest brotherhood
 \, and replace power-over with the strength of power-with.\nThis course wi
 ll help men bring these ideas into the real pressures of marriage\, parent
 ing\, leadership\, and work. The goal is an integrated man: fully known an
 d secure in his identity\, deeply connected to others\, and strong enough 
 to use his influence through humble\, courageous service.\n \nThe Worship
  God Desires \nwith Chad Langerud\nWe often think about the kind of worshi
 p we like. But what kind of worship does God like? The worship we sing on 
 Sunday is only the starting point for offering God the worship he desires.
 \n\nThis class explores worship from God's perspective. Drawing on Scriptu
 re and other trusted voices we’ll explore how our worship forms us into 
 the image of whatever we give our deepest attention and affection. Togethe
 r\, we’ll consider what it means for worship to be true\, God-centred\,
  neighbourly\, and transformative—and how gathering to worship God sends
  us out to offer ourselves to God and to the things God cares most about.
  \n \nThe Names of God: Women’s Bible Study \nwith Lorraine McEwen\nFr
 om the opening chapters of Genesis through the final verses of Revelation\
 , God is known by many names―names that reveal who He is\, what He does\
 , and how He relates to His children. He is El-Roi\, “the God who sees m
 e.” He is Jesus\, “the Lord is salvation.” He is the Spirit\, your C
 omforter and Counselor. And you? You have a name\, too. You are His belove
 d child\, a Christian\, one who bears His name.  \nIn this 8-session Bib
 le study for women you’ll examine names for the Father\, the Son\, and t
 he Holy Spirit\, and you’ll discover the impact each of God’s names ha
 s on your relationship with Him. Each name you encounter will inspire you 
 to worship God for who He is and challenge you to consider how your life c
 an be transformed in light of His character. \n\nThe Gospels - Pastor Da
 ve Funk\n\nLike asking four different artists to paint a portrait of the s
 ame individual\, the four Gospels each give us a unique perspective on the
  life and teachings of Jesus. In the five-week Gospels class\, we will sta
 rt with the question\, “What is the Gospel?” Then we will spend time s
 urveying each of the four “portraits” of Jesus\, identifying how each 
 author uniquely enriches our understanding of the greatest news of the wor
 ld has ever known.
